Profile of Directors and Management

1. Adesina S. Salawu

Mr Adesina S. Salawu has 20 years combined post graduation experience in Trading, Hotel and Tourism, Mortgage and Estate Development, and in Agricultural and agro-allied production. He holds a First degree in Business Administration from the Central State University, Edmond, Oklahoma, U.S.A (1987) and a Masters degree from Oklahoma Christian College, Oklahoma, USA (1989).

Mr Salawu is an astute entrepreneur with a strong pioneering drive. He is a Board member of the following Companies, namely: JIMSINA International (1989), Sinaspin Nigeria Limited (1990  ) and Class Hotel, Iseyin, Oyo State. As the Founder, Managing Director & Chief Executive of JIMSINA International Limited, he supports the general service needs, supervises customer relationship and ensures quality control.

As an achiever and thorough breed organizer, Mr Salawu holds the following awards:

1. Best Graduating International Student of the year (1987) at Central State University , Edmond, Oklahoma, USA.

1. Best Employer of Labour, 1995 in Oyo State and Best Employer of NYSC, Oyo state. Both Awards were given to him by the Oyo State Governor in 1996.

1. Farmer of the Year Recepient, 1998 awarded by the University of Ibadan.

1. Merit Awards, 1989 and 2004 awarded by Corporate Press Services Incorporation.

1. Oluwakemi N. Salawu (Mrs) (Deceased)

Mrs Funsho N. Salawu has been with the board since its inception in 1989, representing JIMSINA International Limited. She has over 40 years experience in business. She is the proprietress of F. N. Salawu Enterprises Nigeria. She brings to the board her wealth of experience and knowledge of the Nigerian business environemnt.

1. Adejoke Salawu (Miss)

Miss A. Salawu has over 4 years post graduation experIence. She represents Sinaspin on the Board of the Company. She joined the Board in 2008.

She posseses a Diploma in Business Access   (2005) from Manchester College of Arts and Technologies, United Kingdom. She has attended several professional courses in Financial Accounting and General Administration. Since joining the Company, she has been responsible for keeping adequate financial records and documentation. She also implements Internal Control measures to ensure efficient management and offers financial advice to optimize the management of the Company’s resources.

1.6.2   Management and Staff

As part of the plan to properly position the Company in the Agricultural and Agro-allied products market and expand its operations, the Management has undegone a re-organizetion. This is intended to make the Company to be well-focused to adequately harness opportunities in the marketplace as well as attain the short, medium and long term objectives of the Promoters. Consequently, as from March 2009, a new team has been put in place to ensure effective management. Key top Management personnel in the Company employment are:

1. Samuel Ademola (Mr)

Mr S. Ademola has an Ordinary National Diploma(OND) in Management from Ibadan Polytechnic, Ibadan. He joined JIMSINA International Limited in 1989 as Head of Stores Department and is currently the General Manager of the organization.He currently suports the administration, purchasing, over seeing security and logistics of the Company. He has worked in all the Department since he joined the organisation in 1989. Prior to his employment with JIMSINA International Limited, he had worked with PressAgric Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of President Clothing Nigeria Limited.

1. Andrew A. Evbuomuan (Mr)

Mr Evbuomuan is an Engineer with over 23 years extensive Consultancy in Technical and Management services in the areas of Building Construction, Agricultural Engineering, Agro-allied and Manufacturing.. His working experience has involved assignments in Factory layout designs and installations, production operations and management. He has special interests in Agricultural Engineering and Agro-allied production, and has successfully implemented major assignments for some corporate organisations in Nigeria.

He holds a B.Sc Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin, Benin City and also Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Chemical Engineering from Auchi Polythecnic, Auchi, Edo State. He also possesses, Professional qualification, intermediate & final certificates in Technology in Building and is an active Member of Nigerian Society of Engineers.

Mr Evbuomuan joined JIMSINA International in April, 2009 and has provided adequate support to the infrastructural development of the Integrated Farm Complex.

1. Jimoh Ramoni Folaranmi(Mr):

Mr Folaranmi is an Engineer with over 3 years extensive consultancy in technical and management services in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agro-allied and manufacturing. His working experience has involved assignments in factory layout designs and installations, and production operations and management. He has special interests in agricultural engineering and agro-allied production.

He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering from The Polytechnic Of Ibadan Oyo State and  Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Mechanical Engineering  from the same Institution. He also possesses, professional qualifications, , intermediate and full & final certificates in Technology and in Mechanical Engineering . He is an active registered Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

Mr Folaranmi joined JIMSINA International in April, 2010 and has provided in-depth insight to the infrastructural development of the Farm Complex.

1. Oduleke Sunday Olusola (Mr.):

Mr Oduleke is an Electrical Engineer with over 3 years extensive consultancy in technical services  in Electrical Engineering with Power Holding Company Of Nigeria (PHCN). His working experience has involved assignments in Factory Layout designs and installations.

He a Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from The Polytechnic Of Ibadan Oyo State and also National Diploma (ND) in Electrical Engineering  from the same Institution.. He is an active registered Member of Nigerian Society of Engineers.

Mr Oduleke joined JIMSINA International in April, 2010.

1. Adeoye Fatai Adeniyi

Mr Adeoye is an Engineer with over 5 years extensive consultancy experience in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Agro-allied and Manufacturing.

He holds a National Diploma (ND) in Mechanical Engineering  from The Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. He is registered Member of the Nigerian society of Engineers.

Mr Adeoye joined JIMSINA International in April, 2010.

1. Adebayo Adebukola Sefiat (Miss.):

Miss. Adebayo is an engineer with over 2 years experience in Geological Engineering.

She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Geology from Bisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. Miss. Adeoye joined JIMSINA International in April, 2010.

1. Omoyele Bosede Olubunmi(Miss.):

Miss. Omoyele is an Accountant with over 2 years experience. Her working experience has involved assignments in auditing and Accountability.

She holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State and also National Diploma (ND) in Banking and Finance from The Polytechnic of Ibadan Oyo State.

Miss. Omoyele joined JIMSINA International in April, 2010.
